Ethel is survived by her husband James D. Tawney, Sr and children John J., James D. Jr., Walter M, Donald H., Andrew T., Frank R. and David C. Groft and Mrs. Edna M. Trostle and Mrs. Dorothy L. Cook; siblings Charles Groft, Mrs. Elizabeth Ibex, Mrs. Larue Naylor, Mrs. Ruth Bowers and Mrs. Betty Click; 34 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
