Elizabeth was born in Alsace Loraine, Germany and came to the United States in 1831, first settling in Union County, PA. After coming to Illinois, she met Ludwig Lewis Fracher at a social gathering and they married a few days later. They raised 10 children. She died of a stroke on August 31, 1900.

Mary Ellen Frazier b. 1832, Salinda Frazier b. 1853, Sophia Frazier b. 1854, Rebecca Katherine Frazier b. 1856, Sarah Frazier b. 1857, Benjamin Franklin Frazier b. 1859, Nancy Ann Frazier b. 1860, Emma Frazier b. 1862, George mcClellan Frazier b. 1864, Adaline (Addie) Frazier b. 1867.
