C. Marion Hale, 84, of Farnham, died Friday, February 7, 2003. Mr. Hale was the owner and Operator of Farnham Manor Adult Residence and former owner of C.M. Hale Co., Inc. He was an active member of Gibeon Baptist Church and a former member of Kensington Baptist Church of Kensington, Maryland. He was a World War 11 Army Air Force Veteran and a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Lion's Club. He was predeceased by a granddaughter, Kathleen Desmond.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Grolig Hale, two daughters, Elizabeth Desmond of Gaithersburg, Md., and Patricia Bellman of Bethany Beach, Delaware; a brother, Sedrick Hale of Callao; a sister, Alda Jane Hughes of Village; six grandchildren, Wayne Meredith, Andy Meredith, Colleen Desmond, Maureen Desmond, Michael Desmond, and Matthew Desmond; and six great grandchildren, Joseph Alvarez, Kathleen Alvarez, Tyler Katocs, Kaitlyn Desmond, Kevin Meredith and Charles Meredith.
Funeral services were held Monday, February 10, at Gibeon Baptist Church with interment in the church cemetery.
