Brenham, Tex, Jan 6 - Rev. L. P. Rucker died Saturday at 11:30 p.m. The funeral took place Saturday afternoon from his late residence, three miles north of town. Deceased was 74 years of age, and had been a resident of this county for many years. He was rector of St. Peter's Episcopal Church at this place until recently, when he retired from the ministry.
