He was born Oct 19,1928 to Frank and Emma Abraham
Noneo. Noneo was a veteran of the Korean War
Surviving are a brother, Emmanuel of White City, Ore, sister. Emmalena Lowery of Nixon, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral is scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday at St Mary's Episcopal Church, Nixon, with bunal to follow at the Nixon Cemetery.
Ross, Burke & Knobei Mortuary' is in charge of local arrangements.
