My wonderful handsome son Mark Allen Israels II, a year before he left us to become an angel. I love and miss him so much

What I love about Find A Grave is you can make their memorial into their life story ! That helps so many family members !

For any corrections please use the edit tab.

And yes you can post obituaries.

I know some people don't agree with posting obituaries and death certificates, but not to denies a family member the chance to see something they may not have the resources to find. I know in the past I didn't always check the contributor page to see if that person allowed the posting of death certificates and obituaries on their memorials, I apologize if I posted anything unwanted on your memorials, please let me know and I will be more than happy to delete them. I promise to check the contributor page, if there is no profile information or no mention of death certificates or obituaries, I hope you don't mind but I will go ahead and post them.

I post yearbook pictures when I come across them !

I also receive many thank you from people who appreciate the posting of these items, the positives far out weigh the negatives. I feel find a grave is my calling and to help as many people as I can is my mission !

Here are some wonderful FREE research sites that I use
The Library of Congress (they have a great collection of newspapers)
google searches
also universities and colleges have great digital collections (I've used UNR and UNLV they have lots of pictures and property records !)

Scatter me not to restless winds,
Nor toss my ashes to the sea.
Remember now those years gone by…
When loving gifts I gave to thee.

Remember now the happy times…
The family ties we shared.
Don't leave my resting place unmarked
As though you never cared.

Deny me not one final gift
For all who come to see…
A single lasting proof that says
I loved…and you loved me.
