Age 81, passed away at 1:40 p.m. Friday after a lengthy illness. She was born Oct. 2, 1884 in Neenah, and was a Neenah resident for the most part of her life. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and the C. B. Clark Circle of the Ladies of The G. A. R. She is survived by one daughter, Miss Ruth Backus of Neenah; two sisters, Mrs. Flora Kurtz, of Denver, Colorado; Mrs. Olive Francis of Nevada; one brother, John Dobbertin of Oconto Falls. Private funeral services will be held Monday at the First Presbyterian Chapel with Dr. John E. Bouquet officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Westgor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
