[Notes: Mr. Threlkeld’s address per the death certificate was shown as Mace, Montgomery County, at the time of death. However, as seen in the Reporter obituary, he may have been living with his children at the time. His mother’s name was not Mary, but Sarah Rebecca (Martin) Threlkeld. Two of his three sons from the first marriage went by their step-father’s surname, Kennedy. The third son, Lester, used Threlkeld essentially all his life. Two children living in Wisconsin are in the town “Montoe,” but this is probably Monroe, as seen in the Reporter obituary.]
