Services: 10 a.m. Monday, Troy Mills Christian Church, by the Rev. Sarah Galindo. Burial: Troy Mills Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Murdoch Funeral Home, Walker. Survivors include a grandson, Rex Allen and wife Judi McCright of Delhi; grand-daughters Sona Jean and husband Ray Christensen of Robbins, Judy Maree and husband Ronald Doyl of Walker and Marvel Ruth and husband Donald Swanson of Coggon; 10 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Marvin Oldridge of Winthrop; and daughter-in-law Edith McCright of Coggon and Margaret McCright of Center Point. She was preceded in death by her husband Ashley, two sons, Harold "Dutch" and Orvie McCright; a daugher-in-law, Agatha; nine sisters and and four brothers. Frances was born August 10, 1897, in Troy Mills, the daughter of George and Hannah Peyton Oldridge. On December 30, 1914, she was married to Ashley in Independence. After Ashley's death in 1946, she moved to Troy Mills and lived there until 1991. Frances was a member of the Troy Mills Christian Church.
