Geneve Arnold was the middle child of eleven in her family.

She grew up in Emery County, surrounded by Mormon Pioneer ancestors, a heritage she was proud of all of her life.

She married Leonard Allen Grundvig April 11, 1922 in Price, also the descendant of Mormon Pioneers. She bore seven children, with only one dying as a child. Billy died of diptheria just before he turned 18 months.

She worked alongside her family in the store. Though it was not discussed openly, they offered credit to a lot of families during the depression, knowing they would probably never be paid.

Geneve or "Jenny" as most knew her, was injured in an automobile accident during a head-on collision with someone speeding on an old dirt road. She suffered from those injuries for some years before a blood clot finally took her life as she lay in the Price Hospital on December 17, 1964.

She was buried December 21, 1964, surrounded by all of her family.
