Delores J. Capitola, 82, of Bon Air Avenue passed away the morning of Nov. 9, 2009, in Kindred Hospital, Beaver. Born April 18, 1927, in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Isabelle Hanna McKee.
She married Russell F. Capitola on July 6, 1951. He preceded her in death on Jan. 25, 2009.
She was a homemaker and New Castle High School graduate.She loved to read and was a former member of Second Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Diane E. Capitola; one son, Thomas Edward Capitola; and one sister, Nancy Fazzone, all of New Castle. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. today at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home and Crematory, 2429 Wilmington Road.A service will be conducted at 1 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Bupp officiating.
