Born in Vilna,Russia;she was a daughter of Jacob & Hattie Adelson. She was married to Oscar Ossar[Osenswitz] on 6 January 1896 in Jefferson county,Pennsylvania. They were the parents of 3 known children:-
~ Eleanor B.,born about 1898;
~ Earl,born March of 1908,in Dayton,Armstrong county,PA.;
~ Abram,born January 1907 in Punxsutawney,who passed at birth.

Minna about 34 years of age when she passed away of Endocarditis.
