This infant daughter of Charlie Maniel Fulcher and his wife Lydia "Lidie" Ellen Wimberley Fulcher was born on August 5, 1921, in Runnels County, Texas. She died 17 days later due to problems caused by her premature birth. Her maternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Wimberley and Fanny B. Tanner Wimberley. Her great-grandparents were Pleasant Wimberley and Amanda Julian Jackson Wimberley.

This infant daughter was the fourth of her parents' five children. All five children were girls. She and a sister both died as infants while the family was living in Runnels County. At some time after 1930, her parents Charlie and Lydia Fulcher and their three daughters moved to Tom Green County. When Charlie and Lidie died, they were buried not far from this infant daughter.
