Mrs. Zella Hays, 74, of Middletown, died at the Washington Manor Nursing Home, Centerville, Sunday at 12:50 p.m. She had been ill one year.
Mrs. Hays was a member of Grace Baptist Church and lived in this area 50 years. Her husband, Thomas, died in April 1977.
The only immediate survivor is a sister, Miss Emma L. Egleston of Franklin.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home, with Dr. Howard Sears officiating. Burial will be in Woodside Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.
