The daughter of Johann "John" Elbert and Anna "Annie" Wolff, Anna was baptized on 04 Dec 1910 at Salem Lutheran Church in Black Jack, St. Louis County, Missouri. Her sponsors were Friedericke Wolff and Caroline Jacobsmeyer.

Anna was confirmed at Salem Lutheran Church on 05 Apr 1925.

She married George Fred Albers on 10 Apr 1937 at Salem Lutheran Church. She was a homemaker, and they were the parents of 2 children.

At the time of her death, Anna was 80 years, 3 months and 6 days old.

She was survived by her husband, George; 1 son and daughter-in-law; 1 daughter; 4 grandchildren; 1 sister, Mathilda Willenbrock; and many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held at the Math Hermann and Son Chapel on Halls Ferry Road in north St. Louis County on 03 Feb 1991. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. the following morning at Salem Lutheran Church.

The family requested that memorials, if desired, be made to the St. Louis Alzheimer's Association or to the church.

Anna's husband, George, passed away in 2003 and was buried next to her.
