Born March 26, 1899, Vernal, a son of Richard Ephraim and Josephine Hill Fenn. Married Ella LaVern Labrum, July 2, 1919, Duchesne. She died June 25, 1969. Member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; retired farmer and stockman.
Survivors: --------- brothers, sisters, Mrs. Elsie McRea, Seattle, Washington; George, Mrs. Reed (Thelma) Anderton, both of Roosevelt; Owen, Battle Creek, Michigan;
half-brothers/sisters, Mrs. Adelia Carter, Hollywood, California.; Mrs. Robert (Bernice) Klettke, Yakima, Washington; Mrs. Enoch (Maxine) Scott, Verl Thompson, both of Vernal.
Funeral services Saturday, 1 p.m., Roosevelt 2nd Ward chapel. Friends call Olpin Mortuary, Roosevelt Friday, 7-9 p.m., and Saturday before services. Burial, Roosevelt Cemetery.

Funeral services were held Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Roosevelt 2nd Ward Church for Milton, E. Fenn, 70, who died July 2, in a Roosevelt hospital after a long illness.

He was born March 26, 1899 in Vernal to Richard Ephraim and Josephine Hill Fenn. He married Ella LaVern Labrum July 2, 1919 in Duchesne; She died June 25, 1969.

He was a member of the LDS Church and a retired farmer and stockman.

Survivors include sons and daughters, Lyle, Torrance, Calif.; Devan and Mrs. Byron (Clara) Bowden, both Roosevelt; Mrs. Spencer (Helen) Larsen, Magna; 15 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Brothers and sister, Mrs. Elsie McRae, Seattle, Wash.; George and Mrs. Reed (Thelma) Anderton, Roosevelt; Owen, Battle Creek, Mich.; half brothers and sisters, Mrs. Adelia Carter; Hollywood, Calif.; Mrs. Robert (Bernice) Klettke, Yakima, Wash.; Mrs. Enoch (Maxine) Scott, Verl Scott, both Vernal.

Burial was in the Roosevelt Cemetery.

Funeral services were conducted by Bishop Wendall Freston. Lynn Johnstun gave the prayer at the mortuary and Pat Roberts gave the invocation. Speakers were Bishop Freston, Willard Day and Dr. Frank Madsen.

Musical numbers were given by Dr. and Mrs. Terry Buxton; Noreen Roberts, Lela Anderton and Judy Johnson and by Dorothy Luck.

Vernal Freston gave the closing prayer and john David Andrews dedicated the grave. Pallbearers were George Fenn, Norman Fenn, Reed Anderton, Earl Labrum, Kay Labrum and Aaron Labrum.
