Mr. Jeffers moved to Everett from his native Almira about 15 years ago. He was a member of local 292 of the Building Labor union in the Coast city. Survivors in the Inland Empire include his mother, Mrs. Sarah Jeffers, and a brother, Charles, both of Almira, and a sister in Spokane.
