ST. GEORGE – Rosa Lorena Rencher Nelson, 94, St. George, died Dec. 20 at her home of natural causes.
Born July 6, 1879, Pine Valley, Washington County, to James Grandison and Mary Lorena Snow Rencher. Married to Aaron Alma Nelson, July 15, 1902, St. George Temple. He died April 18, 1948. Attended Washington County Schools and Utah State Agricultural College in Logan.
Survivors: sons, daughters, Milton R., Provo, V. Pershing, Orem; Elbert L., Fremont, Calif.; E. LeGrande, Twin Falls, Idaho; F. Clayton; Mrs. Mary N. Campbell, all St. George; Mrs. Wyatt W. (Zeida) Miles, Midvale; Mrs. Glen (Edna) Hansen, Springville; 42 grandchildren; 70 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; sister, Mrs. Ann R. Williams, St. George.
