"Victor and his twin sister Victoria" were the 7th and 8th children of Isaac and Hilma Burlingame. Victor was married and had two children. He went fishing in a small boat on Bald Eagle Lake in White Bear, Mn. with his friend. Victor could not swim. His small boat sank and Victor drowned and his friend was able to swim to shore to tell the story . He left behind his wife and his two children. This story was relayed by his niece Evelyn Burlingame at the age of 93. The enclosed newspaper article corroborates the story as told by his niece.
