Henry L. Tonn, a resident of Lake Creek for the last 55 years where he was born December 19, 1874, passed away at his home at that place Tuesday at the age of 55 years, seven months, three days.

He was married to Anna M. Grissom November 10, 1901 and to this union were born one son and one daughter, Nevia [sic Vevia] Grigsby of Medford and Harry Tonn of Lake Creek. His wife also survives. There are also three sisters and one brother, Mrs. Lena Setzer, Merced Falls, Calif.; Mrs. Emma Wahlers, Wellen, Oregon; Mrs. Minnie Pech of Medford and Louie Tonn of Agate. Also two grandchildren, Donald and Richard Grigsby.

Mr. Tonn had spent his entire lifetime at Lake Creek and will be greatly missed by his many friends and relatives. During his long illness he was ever cheerful and hopeful. Funeral services will be held at theConger chapel at 1:30 Thursday. Rev. W. H. Eaton will officiate at the chapel and the Lake Creek Grange will have charge at the grave in Phoenix cemetery.
