Judith Kay "Judy" Berry, 74, Martinsville, died at 7:06 p.m. on Sunday at the Morgan Hospital & Medical Center in Martinsville.

Born Sept. 10, 1935 in Spencer, she was the daughter of Olive (Wright) Luster. She was a graduate of Shortridge High School in Indianapolis.

She was a self-employed beautician.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Martinsville.

Judy enjoyed her family, working in her yard, playing cards, gambling and being out on their boat at Painted Hills. She was an avid bowler, and at one time she was bowling three nights per week.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Berry, whom she married on July 23, 1954; one son and daughter-in-law, Neal and Linda Berry of Land O'Lakes, Fla.; one daughter, Glenda Berry of Martinsville; four grandchildren, Lindsie Nutt, Bobbie Sue Berry, Jacob Berry and Lucas Berry; and two great granddaughters, Skylar Nutt and Mackenzie Nutt.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Olive (Wright) Luster.

Services will be 7 p.m. Thursday at Costin Funeral Chapel in Martinsville with the Rev. Chris Page officiating.
