Saturday, July 29, 1978, at the
K-W Hospital, after a brief
illness, Mabel Groff, aged 78
years, of Parkwod Manor, Wa-
terloo.
Survived by four sisters, Ida
(Mrs. Albert Kaiser) and Louise
(Mrs. David Jantzi), both of
Kitchener, Elsie (Mrs. Omar
Snider) of New Hamburg and
Eva Groff of Binghamton, N.Y.;
two brothers, Simeon of Cam-
bridge (P) and Moses of Kitch-
ener. She was born in Wilmot
Township, a daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Groff (her
mother the former Lydia Wil-
helm). She was a member of
Highland Baptist Church.

Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King
St. W., Kitchener. Funeral and
committal service in the Ratz-
Bechtel Chapel on Tuesday at 2
p.m. Rev. Arthur McDowell wil
conduct the service. Interment
will be made in the Waterloo Mount
Hope cemetery.
