Margaret "Margie" Smith Setzer, 57, of Rabbit Ridge Rd., Morganton, NC died Sunday, November 1, 2009 at Carolina Rehab Center, Connelly Springs, NC following a period of declining health.

She was born December 1, 1951 in Caldwell County, NC.

Her grandchildren, who were the love of her life, lovingly called her "Grandma Margie."

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lee Smith Johnson; great-grandchild, Jack Carl Smith; brothers, Dennis Loven and Randy McLean; and a sister, Denise Penley. She was also preceded in death by Charlie McLean and Claudia McLean who lovingly raised her.
