She was a sister to my ggg grandfather that was not in the home in the 1850 listing for the census that you mentioned on her memorial. Frank was already in his own home at that time and I am trying to connect this family together.
When doing a general search for the Uptigrove name and all it's variable spellings it is hard to find all the children of Elijah and Lydia Collins /Collings Uptigrove /Uptegrove and so forth. Do you think this might help to show the connections? I have seen this name in about 10 or more different variations using every vowel known.
When you have time I would love to know what you think about trying to simplify this family if it can be done. Thanks!
