Grover C. Henderson, 81, of Ligonier RD 1 died in Latrobe Area Hospital Sunday. He was born March 18, 1893, in Fairfield Twp. The son of the late John W. and Adda McDowell Henderson. He was a retired farmer and coal miner. He was a member of the Pioneer Presbyterian Church in Ligonier, F&AM 331 and the Coudersport Consistory. He is survived by six children, Mrs. Charles (Alice) Holman of Latrobe, George Henderson of Bolivar RD 1, Charles Henderson of Wilpen, Blair Henderson of Ligonier RD 1; James Henderson of Akron, Ohio and Mrs. Robert (Louise) Gindlesperger of Wilpen; one brother, Russell Henderson of Bolivar; one sister, Mrs. Venna Dominy of Johnstown; 19 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren. Owen Wolford Funeral Home, Ligonier, Rev. James Dennison officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Palmer Cemetery.
