LAWSON, Barbara Ann Age 71 of Monroe, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2008 at Atrium Medical Center with her family at her side. She was born August 24, 1936 in Middletown, to the late Raymond and Anna Snowden. She graduated in 1954 from Monroe High School in Ohio. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Philip Lawson; her son Keith; and her sister, Kay Eller. She is survived by her daughter Karen (husband, Jeff) Young; and granddaughters, Kaitlin and Brandi Young; her brother, Ray (wife, Sharon) Snowden; her niece Amy (husband, Derrick) Brooks; nephew Scott (wife, Kim) Snowden; great-nephews Andrew and Joseph Snowden; and numerous relatives and friends. The family would like to extend a special Thank You to Dr. Malcolm and Dr. Wourms and to Dr. Steinmetz and Janet of the Compton Center. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at the Woodside Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home.
