H Stafford Kellam was born in Shady Side, Virginia On January 17, 1906. After attending local schools and Virginia Polytechnic Institute, he left Virginia in 1926 to work at Moorehead Inspection Bureau In Chicago
. Me Married Ester Trumbull, daughter of Henry and Nettie Trumbull in 1931. They had one daughter, Martha, In 1946, he joined Trumbull Electric Manufacturing Company and Worked there Until he retired in 1967. He was involved locally in the Red Cross and served and director and President of The Plainville Chamber of Commerce . He worked as the first chairmen of The Wheeler Clinic, co founded the Plainville Community Chest, and served on the Board of The New Britain General Hospital. He Joined The Frederick Lodge No 14, AF&AM, in 1935 and became Master in 1954. He Died June 9, 1973 at the age of 73.

Little Know Fact. Some time after the death of His Brother,
David Corbin Kellam in 1935, H Stafford took of His nephew David C Kellam, Jr.
