Frank X. Mayrose
Funeral services for Frank X. Mayrose, 70, who died unexpectedly at his home here Saturday, will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic church with Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. D. Fisch officiating.
Burial will be in Calvary cemetery under the direction of the Wiltgen-Luedtke funeral home. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Mayrose was born June 16, 1886, at Oyens, Ia., and married Anna Gengler January 30, 1923, at Oyens. He farmed in Marion township, Plymouth county, until 1944,H when he retired and moved to Le Mars. He was a member of Trinity council, Knights of Columbus, and of the Holy Name society of St. Joseph Catholic church.
Survivors include the widow; four brothers, Edward of Le Mars, Albert of Alton, Adolph of Oyens and Isador of Remsen, and two sisters, Miss Mary Mayrose of Oyens and Mrs. Matt Costello of Sioux City.
