Earl G. West, of 2653 N. Fuchia, a 36-year resident of Arizona, died Sunday at Hoemako Hospital. He was 55.
Mr. West has been a resident of Casa Grande since 1956 and was the head custodian at Stanfield Elementary School. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Casa Grande.
Services were held this morning at the Cole and Maud Mortuary, with Elvin Upton, Church of Christ, officiating. Burial was in the Mountain View Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Altha; his children, James M. West, Oracle, Wilburn G. West, New Plymouth, ID, Alline Wallace, Casa Grande, Loredia Walker, Farmington, NM, Marcelle Walker, Sierra Vista, and Maurine Ohton, Phoenix; 19 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
