Audie M. Jones, 86, a resident of Benton, passed away Friday, September 25, 2009. She was a member of Pine Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. (Hap) Jones; parents, Tom and Texas Armstrong Richardson; 7 brothers; and 5 sisters.
She is survived by her sons, Charles (Junior) Jones and his wife, Martha of Benton, Frankie Jones of Benton, and Douglas Jones and wife, Deva of Benton; daughters, Patricia Jones of Benton and Gail Styles of Ocoee; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, September 27, 2009 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Higgins Funeral Home of Benton with Reverend Floyd Boggess officiating.
