Hubert Allen "Pee Wee" Duncan, Sr., 80, died Friday night (6-7-2002) at the Baptist Village after an extended illness. He was a native of Fairburn, Georgia, son of the late Ernest Guy Duncan and Annie Mae Cochran Duncan.

He had lived most of his life in Waycross where he was retired as parts manager for Lee Anderson Lincoln-Mercury. He had served the Automobile Industry for forty-seven years with King Brothers Motor Company and later with Sirmans Lincoln Mercury. He had been a member of Central Baptist Church since 1935, the Co-Workers Sunday School Class and Deacon Emeritus. He was Past Master of Masonic Lodge # 305 F & AM.

He is survived by his wife Esther Cason Duncan of Waycross; two daughters Patsy Davis and her husband Redding of Waycross and Melba Duncan of Tucker, Ga.; a son Hubert Allen Duncan, Jr. and his wife Ginger of Waycross; four grandchildren Kristen and Kelly Duncan of Waycross, Roger Davis of Port St. John, Fla., and Angela Beauchamp and her husband Duane of Lovington, New Mexico; three great grandchildren Ashley, Amanda and Tyler Beauchamp all of Lovington, New Mexico; Two sisters Agnes McClellan and Doris Blount both of Waycross; one brother Paul Duncan of Fernandina Beach, Fla.; Several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon (6-10-02) at two o'clock at the Central Baptist Church. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family has requested that memorials be sent to the building fund of the Central Baptist Church.
