The Abstract of Graves of Revolutionary Patriots lists Barrett Phelps as being buried in Cambridge Cemetery, Washington, New York 61, Volume 3, Serial 12449, Vol 6; however, the church does not appear to have any record of it, as there is no card file to that effect. The burying ground was established before the church, which was established in 1838. It is very possible he was buried here, before Church records.
