Anna was born in Upper St. Clair Twp., Allegheny County, the daughter of Obadiah and Sarah (Philips) Higbee. She married Samuel Blackmore as his second wife, I think around 1840. These were the children in their household in 1850, Peters Twp., Washington County, PA:

Mary Philips b. July 1842
Obadiah b. abt 1847

Anna and Samuel were probably members of the Peters Creek Christian Church, which originally was situated with this cemetery.
