Flora Ann "Fanny" Herndon was born on October 20, 1853, in Warren County, Tennessee, to Charlotte "Lottie" Brown and Jacob Cellars Herndon.
Her father Jacob Cellars passed away on May 25, 1878, in McMinnville, Tennessee, at the age of 90. Her mother Charlotte "Lottie" Brown Herndon passed away on November 29, 1899, in McMinnville, Tennessee, at the age of 70.
Fanny married William Thomas Wright in Warren County, Tennessee, on June 4, 1878, when she was 24 years old. Her husband William Thomas Wright passed away on March 12, 1919, in Norwalk, Ohio, at the age of 70. They had been married 40 years.
She was the mother of seven children and died on February 11, 1934, in Norwalk, Ohio, when she was 80 years old. Burial was in the family lot in Woodlawn Cemetery. Flora and William's graves are unmarked.
