CARIBOU - Florence M. Beaulieu, 88, wife of the late Abel Beaulieu, died Oct. 12, 2009, in Attleboro, Mass. She was born Aug. 27, 1921, at Cyr Plantation, daughter of Xavier and Malvina (Blier) Fongemie. Florence was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family and was a member of Parish of the Precious Blood, Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
She is survived by three daughters, Rose Wibbenmeyer and her husband, Richard, of Arnold, Mo., Jean Marie Beaulieu of Van Buren and Linda Burke and her husband, John, of Seekonk, Mass.; one sister, Rose Dickinson of Caribou; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, Abel Beaulieu Jr.
Friends may call 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. A Mass of Christian burial will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Parish of the Precious Blood, Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father Raymond Morency officiating. Interment will take place at Old Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery. (Bangor Daily News 10/15/2009)
