Mr. Anderson was born May 22, 1905, in Bear River City, a son of Eli (Erastes) and Mary Caroline Christensen Anderson.
He was married to (Eliza) Myrtle Hunsaker on Jan. 17, 1930, in the Logan LDS Temple.
He was a farm and cattleman.
He was a high priest in the Bear River LDS Ward, and had served as a counselor in the elders quorum presidency and as a home teacher.
He was a member of the board of the Evans Water Co. and was instrumental in securing culinary water to the west Bear River and Evans areas.
Surviving are his widow of Bear River City; one daughter, Mrs. Ralph (Dorene A.) Bateman, Roy; four grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one sister, Ms. Leslie (Dee) Garfield, Tremonton.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 12 noon in the Bear River Ward Chapel with Bishop's Counselor Alvin Bud Aaderson conducting.
Friends may call at Rogers Mortuary in Tremonton tonight from 7 to 9 and at the ward Relief Society room Tuesday from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m.
Burial in the Bear River Cemetery.
