Nora never married. She and her brother Albert and sister Luella made their home together for many, many years. They also opened their home to their brother Fernie after his wife died. Nora lived in the same house for 100 years, until it became necessary for her to move to the Americana Nursing Home in Fargo. She had an excellent memory, which she retained until her death at the age of 101 years and 8 months in Dakota Hospital in Fargo.
