Elizabeth Jane (Tirrill) Edwards, passed away, October 9, 2009 in McCook, Nebraska at the age of 90 Years. She was born July 25, 1919 on a farm in Red Willow, County, Nebraska, to Thomas E. and Mary Ella (Morasch) Tirrill.
She married Donald Tabor Edwards on August 31, 1945 in Liberal, Kansas. To this union two children were born, William and Julie.
She was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church in McCook, Nebraska and Methodist Women's Club, Town and Country, Royal Neighbors of America, Chris Hansen Auxiliary Unit #203.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald on October 19, 1978; sisters, Iva McNutt, Dorothy Lunkwitz and Maudie Oberg.
She is survived by her son, William "Bill" Edwards and Christine Woods, mother of the grandchildren of Los Angeles, California; daughter Julie Ann Montes and husband Richard Troutman of Reno, Nevada; brother Lester Tirrill of McCook, Nebraska; and a host of friends and relatives.
