ELLISVILLE.- Fred Anderson, 86, 331, Anderson St. died unexpectedly Wednesday night at a laurel hospital, born in Ellisville, he was a retired lumber worker having operated numerous saw mills.------ The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday from the Chapel of Jones Funeral Home with the Rev. Steve Wilkins officiating. Burial will be in Ellisville Cemetery.--- Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ester Anderson of the same address; one son, Thomas A. Anderson, of Ellisville; two daughters, Mrs. S.W. (Mable) McEwen of Sylacauga, Ala., Mrs. Welton L. (Frances) Smith of Ellisville; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. J.P. Myers II of Ellisville and Mrs. Maggie A. Collins of Sylacauga, Ala.

Fred was son of Issac B. Anderson II 1856-1903 and Sarah Rebecca Pool 1859-1939.
