Charles Anthony Campbell, a native of Hillsboro, Alabama and a longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama , departed this life on Monday, October 5, 2009, at a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy White-Campbell and Jesse Louis Campbell, Sr., grandmother, Willie Mae White and aunt Shelva Jean White and uncle Prince White. He leaves to cherish his memory four siblings, Carnell (Patricia) Campbell, Shelia (Robert) Kimbrough, James (Brenda) and Jesse L. Campbell, Jr., aunts and uncles, Annie Mae Campbell, Betty (Wilson) Gardner, Clarence (Senoba) White and Joseph White. A host of nieces, one devoted, Tonya L. Campbell, nephews, cousins and friends. Special thanks to the USA Medical Center doctors and nurses in ICU and Dialysis Unit and Saad's Healthcare. His remains will lie in state at Small's Mortuary on Friday, October 9, 2009 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and after 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October, 10, 2009 at Sweet Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 359 St. Charles Avenue, until the 11:00 a.m. funeral hour. Interment will follow in Pine Crest Cemetery. Dignified and professional services entrusted to Small's Mortuary, 950 S.
