Major League Baseball Player. Born in Dublin, Ireland, he was a catcher making his debut with the Boston Beaneaters on May 12, 1904. For eleven seasons, he played with the Boston Beaneaters (1904-06), Boston Doves (1907), New York Giants (1908) and Chicago Cubs (1909-14). He concluded his career with a record of 113 runs scored, 311 hits, 8 home runs, 117 runs batted in and a .209 batting average.
