In Genesee, Jan. 20th, Alanson Abel Babcock, aged 3 years 17 days, son of Dea. Peleg Babcock.

Feb. 2nd Lucinda, wife of Peleg Babcock, in her 37th year. She had been for a number of years a worthy member of the 1st S. D. B. Church in Genesee, and died after a short but severe sickness; leaving an affectionate husband and 7 small children to mourn her loss.
