Fredrick Fauver

Fredrick Raymond Fauver, 75, Route 2, Leon, was found dead Thursday morning, Aug. 11, 1988, at his home following an apparent heart attack.

He was born at Millwood, a son of the late James F. and Hester Ann Baker Fauver. He was a farmer and retired from Foote Mineral with 23 years of service.

Surviving are three sons, Clarence "Buddy" and Richard, both of Mt. Alto, Kermit of Leon; two daughters, Mrs. Jack (Ruth) Pickens, Letart, Hester Ann Benson, Columbus, Ohio; six sisters, Lydia Durst and Maxine Thomas, both of Cottageville, Freda Burdette, Point Pleasant, Ethel Sines, Groveport, Ohio, Gladys Stanley, Martinsburg, Pearl Newell, Columbus, Ohio; 15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Ethel Roberta; one son, Wendell Alfred; one brother and four sisters.

Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Casto Funeral Home Chapel, Evans, with the Rev. Herman Jordan officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery, Flatrock.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Friday.
