Funeral services for Henry Osmond, 73 years old, who passed away at his home 15581 Normandie Avenue, Gardena Friday morning, were held from the Doty-Whittington funeral chapel, Gardena at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. Henry C. Hurley, Pastor of the Baptist church officiating at the chapel. The Gardena lodge of Masons had charge of the services at the chapel. The burial was in the Inglewood cemetery.
Mr. Osmond was born in Augusta, Georgia, but had lived in Gardena for about 15 years. He is survived by a wife Mrs. Jennie Osmond, a daughter, Mrs. Marian Daley, San Bernardine, two sons, Jesse Osmond, Gardena and Harold Osmond, Columbus, Ohio, a sister, Mrs. Martha Whiting, Clyde, N. Y.
