Helen was a daughter of George Warnock (1856-1916) & Ann Auchincloss (1857-1915)
She first married Matthew Hume (1885-1925)
they had a son
1923 - 2001 Thomas Warnock Hume (+Huntley)
Matthew died when Thomas was 20 months old
She next married the widower Edgar Harding in 1954

This is the Last Will and Testament of me, Helen Strang Harding of Woodville in the Dominion of New Zealand, Widow.
* I appoint my son Thomas Warnock Hume of Te Roti, near Hawera, Schoolteacher, the sole Executor and Trustee of this my Will
* I Give and Devise my house property situated at Number 38, Ormond Street, Woodville, being Lot 36 On Deposited Plan Number 170, part Suburban Section 36, Woodville unto such of my grandchildren, Graham Matthew Hume and Janice Rewyn Hume as shall survive me and attain the age of twenty-one years, as tenants in common in equal shares.
* I Give, Devise and Bequeath the whole of the remainder of my estate both real and personal of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situated unto my said son, Thomas Warnock Hume for his own use absolutely ..
