Claude Dolbert, 76, died at 1:30 pm Tuesday (no mo/day given, 1963) at his home here from a heart condition. He had been in failing health for 10 years. He was born October 24, 1886 in Clay County IL. He was married to Lettie Pointer of Charleston on Nov 1, 1909.
He is survived by his widow; two sons: Lloyd Iverson, Clinton and Richard Allen, Farmer City; two daughters: Dorothy Beryl Luck, Kenney, and Esther Louise Neill, Tampa FL. Also 11 grandchildren and five gr-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by twin sons.
Mr. Dolberts was a retired farmer, living at Bloomington until December 1962 when they moved to Farmer City.
Funeral services were held at Stensel's Funeral Home with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. Casket bearers were Clarence Glaw, Vernelle Warren, Ted Lafferty, Roy Neal, Lester Glenn and Fred Reynolds.
