Louis was the youngest of ten children to Daniel and Alida (Terpstra) Dieleman. His father passed away very unexpectedly quick when he was 3 years old and then he lost his mother when he was 14 to a stroke.
Louis was a longtime member and deacon to the Sully Christian Reformed Church and surviving him are, his wife, 2 sons and their wives and 6 grandchildren.
