Loa Marie Belt Kendrick, age 87, passed away Friday, February 22, 2008, at Asbury Place Health Center. She was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. She was an avid quilter. Loa spent many hours crocheting booties for the babies at The Pregnancy Resource Center. Preceded in death by: parents, Charlie & Iva Belt; husband, Robert E. (Bob) Kendrick; brothers, Ned Belt & Billy Belt. Survivors include: daughters & sons-in-law, Linda & Fred Isbill of Maryville and Gloria & Tommy Tucker of Atlanta, GA; son & daughter-in-law, Joe E. & Sue Kendrick of Maryville; grandchildren, Kimberly McBath, Pamela Temple, Jeffrey Harrison, Lavonya Parker, Alana Inman, Kendra Landolt, Heather Jarvis; sister, Mrs. Conward Earl (Marlene) Abbott of London, KY; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, February 24, 2008, at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Raymond Burnette officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
