Newspaper and Date Unknown: Virginia Barrineau Wilson Boozer,81, of Columbia formerly of Georgetown,died Sunday,February 10,2002, in Brian Center Nursing Care in Columbia. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2002, at 3 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery Annex. Officiating will be the the Rev. Phillip C. Thrailkill. Burial will follow under the direction of the Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home.
Born in Kingstree on Jan.1,1921, Mrs. Boozer was a daughter of the late James Barrineau and Margaret Burrows Barrineau.
She was a cosmetologist and retired from the Stylette Shop in 1969. She was a member of Nazareth United Methodist Church in Leesville and The Order of the Eastern Star.
She was the widow of Bennie M. Wilson. She was predeceased by three brothers and two sisters. Surviving are a son, Ben M. Wilson,Jr. of Columbia; a daughter,Pat W. Lester of Columbia; a sister,Julia B. Cribb of Georgetown; and two grandchildren.
