John [H.] Martin, Miami, Fla.
John [H.] Martin, former citizen of Berrien, Cook and Colquitt Counties, died at his home at Miami, Fla., Sunday night, after an illness of about two years. He was sixty-six years of age and had lived in Miami for twelve years.
The remains were brought to Adel Wednesday and funeral services were held at Sardis Church, in Colquitt County, of which Mr. Martin was a member. Mr. Martin is survived by his wife and the following sons and daughters: Roy L., Jesse, and T.C. Martin, of Miami; Charlie Martin, of River Junction, Fla.; Mrs. E.W. Plymale, of Hialiah, Fla. Surviving also are the following brothers and sisters: B.C. Martin, Palatka, Fla.; Wm Martin, Sarasota, Fla.; Mrs. G. Ratliffe, Adel; Mrs. Ida Dixon, Blackshear; Mrs. W. M. Willis, Tifton; Mrs. Mary Fletcher, Fitzgerald; Mrs. Roy Powell, Nashville; Mrs. Letha Blanchard, Savannah.
